Through the know-how accumulated so far, when a new development project is received, it is immediately reviewed and moved to the mold design stage for each optimized MAIN POLYMER (CHLORO/BROMO BUTYL, IR, NBR, etc.). So, we can provide a comprehensive quote for the request.

We presented an optimized POLYER/Mold estimate in about 7 days, and we went through sample work and reached the mass production stage in about 2 months.
